Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of 0.0 alcohol-free Red Wine – Lussory Premium Red Tempranillo.
  • Lusssory brut (300 ml.) *optional ingredient.
  • Fresh peach (2 units)
  • Orange (2 units)
  • 1 orange to make juice.
  • 1 orange, sliced, with peel.
  • Small lemon (1 unit) to transform into juice.
  • Apple (1 unit)
  • Cinnamon stick (½)
  • Sugar (30 gr.) * optional ingredient
  • Ice cubes.

  1. Dissolve the sugar in 75 ml of hot water to form a syrup, which will help it dissolve in the wine. (Set aside and let it cool)
  2. Place the Lussory Premium Red Tempranillo wine + the syrup + the juice of one orange in a container. Stir to mix well.
  3. Peel the peaches and apple and cut them into small squares to facilitate maceration. Cut the orange, unpeeled, into wedges or half slices.
  4. Add all the pieces of fruit to the container with the wine.
  5. Add the lemon juice + the cinnamon stick.
  6. Let the whole mixture rest for at least 2 hours to marinate, preferably in the refrigerator.
  7. Before serving, add the Lussory brut wine.
  8. Serve the sangria in a transparent jug, in which you have previously placed a few ice cubes. Garnish with an orange peel.

It is usually served in large glasses or cups.
