Sangria with Red Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of 0.0 ALCOHOL-FREE Rosé Wine – LUSSORY PREMIUM Rosé
  • Strawberries (150 gr.)
  • Blueberries (60 gr.)
  • Raspberries (100 gr.)
  • Cherries (100 gr.)
  • Lemon (medium)
  • Lima (medium)
  • Orange (3 units)
  • 2 units to transform into juice (200 ml. approx.)
  • 1 unit cut into slices, with skin.
  • Brown sugar (1 tablespoon)
  • Cinnamon (1 stick)
  • Lussory brut (250 ml) *optional ingredient
  • Ice
  • Mint for decoration.

  1. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper. Remove the stem from the strawberries and cut each one in half.
  2. Halve the cherries and remove the pits. Halve a few raspberries and blueberries and leave the rest whole.
  3. In a bowl, add the orange juice + the red berries + the Lussory Premium Rosé wine. Stir the mixture carefully as these fruits are very delicate.
  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Add the orange + lemon + lime, all cut into slices and with the peel, + cinnamon stick + sugar.
  6. Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. When ready to serve, pour into a transparent jug with a few ice cubes and add the Lussory brut wine. Stir.

Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.
