Ingredients
- 1 bottle of Lussory Chardonnay White Wine (750 ml).
- 1 cup natural passion fruit juice (approximately 5-6 passion fruits).
- (Preparation: Blend 1 cup of passion fruit pulp + ½ cup of water + ⅓ cup of sugar. Strain to remove some of the seeds and use some as a decorative effect in the drink)
- 1/4 teaspoon non-alcoholic rum extract to give the drink a more complex flavor (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 orange, sliced and peeled
- 1 lemon, sliced and peeled.
- 1 apple, cut into pieces
- 1 cup of Lussory brut wine
- Ice cubes

- In a large container, pour the Lussory Chardonnay white wine.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and remove the pulp with a spoon (follow the procedure above). Add the passion fruit juice to the container with the wine.
- Add the non-alcoholic rum extract and sugar to the bowl and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the orange slices, lemon slices and apple pieces to the bowl. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or preferably overnight) to encourage maceration and allow the flavors to blend.
- Just before serving, add the Lussory brut wine to the container and stir gently.
- Add ice cubes to each glass and serve the passion fruit sangria.
If you wish, you can decorate each glass with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint.
