Sangria with pomegranate

Ingredients

  • Lussory sparkling  white wine . (500 ml.)
  • White Wine 0.0 alcohol-free – Lussory Premium Chardonnay (500 ml.)
  • Pomegranate (2 units).
  • 1 and a half units to transform into juice (250 ml. approx.)
  • ½ unit to shell.
  • Orange (2 units)
  • 1 unit to transform into juice (100 ml. approx.)
  • 1 unit to be sliced, with skin.
  • Fresh mint.
  • Ice cubes.

See elaboration

  1. In a bowl, add the Lussory sparkling white wine + Lussory Premium Chardonnay white wine + pomegranate juice + orange juice. Stir the mixture.
  2. Add the pomegranate seeds + the sliced ​​orange + a few mint leaves.
  3. Let the entire preparation rest for a minimum of 2 hours to macerate.
  4. When serving, pour the sangria into a transparent jug into which you have previously placed a few ice cubes.  

Serve in large glasses or cups and garnish with a sprig of mint.
